Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for making phone calls to prospective clients, understanding client needs, and informing them about relevant real estate offerings. Daily tasks include following up on leads, maintaining customer relationship records, answering client queries, and assisting with sales processes based on client interest. The role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals and ensure excellent customer communication.
Qualifications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship-building
- Proficiency in customer service, including telephone etiquette and active listening
- Basic knowledge of sales and ability to convey product/service details clearly
- Organizational skills for managing client data, scheduling follow-ups, and multitasking
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in the local language and English is essential
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in communication or sales is a plus
