Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective candidates to promote the company's skill development programs and services. Daily tasks include engaging with potential students, ensuring prompt follow-ups, maintaining accurate call records, providing detailed information about training programs, and addressing queries in a professional manner. The Telecaller will also play a key role in supporting enrollment processes and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette
• Proficiency in Hindi and English; additional language skills are a plus
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and maintaining customer databases
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and achieve goals
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective clients
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is highly desirable
• Ability to operate effectively within an on-site team environment
