Job Title - Telesales Specialist
Location - Pitampura
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
- Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales or appointments.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain a positive and polite communication tone at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional languages as required).
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/software.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory).
