This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Gurgaon. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining a professional and positive relationship with clients. Day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer service and support, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting company offerings effectively over the phone. Additional responsibilities include managing client follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, and staying updated on company products and services.

• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries and resolve client concerns effectively.
• Strong Communication skills to clearly convey information, build rapport with clients, and handle conversations professionally.
• Sales skills, including the ability to identify leads, promote products, and achieve sales targets.
• Training skills to enhance product knowledge and ensure compliance with sales and customer service standards.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and telecommunication tools is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
