Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective students, answering their queries, and convincing them to enroll in relevant courses. Daily tasks include building customer relationships, providing exceptional customer support, achieving sales targets, maintaining detailed records, and offering assistance to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will use their communication and sales expertise to promote MedMaster Academy's educational programs effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and clearly convey information
• Experience in Sales and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Capacity to provide Training to prospective students when necessary
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
• Previous experience in the education or healthcare industry is an advantage
