Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Indore. The Telesales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers, handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product or service information, and drive sales by offering suitable solutions to customer needs. The role also includes maintaining excellent customer support, addressing queries, and assisting in onboarding and training processes where necessary.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to meet sales targets
• Experience in providing post onboarding support
• Ability to build rapport with students and handle objections effectively
• Experience in ed-tech industry is a plus
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach
• A degree in Business or a related field is advantageous
