We are seeking a full-time Sales Trainer to join our team in Indore for an on-site role. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. Key responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing team competencies, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will also work closely with management to align training strategies with business goals and ensure continued professional growth within the sales team.

• Proficiency in Sales Training, Instructional Design, and Training Needs Assessment
• Strong Communication, Public Speaking, and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Sales Processes, Sales Techniques, and CRM tools
• Experience in Performance Evaluation and Feedback Delivery
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams to meet and exceed goals
• Problem-solving and Leadership Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field
• Previous Sales or Training experience is highly desirable
• Familiarity with the real estate or construction industry is a plus
