Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and execute effective sales strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, providing training to clients or team members, and contributing to broader sales management initiatives. The role requires excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and resolve inquiries
  • Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and deal closures
  • Experience with Sales Management, including generating strategies and overseeing team performance
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions to enhance team or client knowledge
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or related industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
