Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Indore for a Sales Marketing position at Kaatyayani Energy. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, and conducting product training when necessary. Additional duties may include formulating and implementing sales strategies, managing sales activities, and meeting specified sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and foster professional relationships.
• Sales and Sales Management experience to achieve and exceed business goals while maintaining a results-driven approach.
• Ability to deliver Training and presentations to educate team members or clients about products and solutions.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and collaborate on shared objectives.
• Knowledge of renewable energy or solar industry trends is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
