We are seeking a Telesales Representative for a full-time, on-site position at our New Delhi location. The role involves engaging potential clients over the phone to promote our PR services, building and maintaining customer relationships, and addressing customer inquiries efficiently. The Telesales Representative will also handle sales inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience are beneficial.
• Proficiency in Sales and the ability to meet targets effectively.
• Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members is a plus.
