Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele-Sales & Customer Care Representative to join our team. The role involves connecting with doctors, promoting our imaging centre, sharing service information, and building strong referral relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to doctors and healthcare professionals.

Inform and educate them about our imaging centre, services, and facilities.

Conduct promotional calls and introduce ongoing offers or new services.

Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors.

Request and encourage patient referrals to our centre.

Handle queries politely and provide accurate information.

Maintain call logs, reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Coordinate with internal teams when needed to ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:

12 years of experience in tele-sales, customer care, or healthcare calling roles.

Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.

Confidence in speaking with doctors and medical professionals.

Good listening skills, polite communication, and a customer-centric approach.

Basic knowledge of healthcare or diagnostic services (preferred).

Ability to manage daily call targets and maintain discipline in follow-ups.
