Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Delhi, India. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and providing them with information about our services. They will manage customer inquiries, offer excellent customer support, work towards achieving sales targets, and maintain positive relationships with clients. The role also involves coordinating with team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to overall business development goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients and team members
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills for providing efficient and positive client experiences
• Proven ability in Sales to meet and exceed targets
• Capacity for Training and coaching customers as needed on our services
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in sales or customer service-related roles
