We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Tele Caller who can handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential clients, and support the sales/admissions/business development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English & Hindi and a professional, positive attitude on calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain company services.
- Handle incoming inquiries and resolve basic questions from customers.
- Maintain follow-up communication to convert leads into appointments or sales.
- Update CRM/Google Sheets with call details, follow-ups, and call outcomes.
- Assist in lead qualification and transfer qualified prospects to the respective team.
- Maintain a polite, professional tone and ensure high-quality customer interaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share updates with the team.
Requirements:
- Own laptop is mandatory for daily office work.
- Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi.
- Minimum 02 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Confident, persuasive, and good at handling customer conversations.
- Basic computer skills: MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital marketing, EdTech, or service-based telecalling.
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- Target-oriented and self-driven personality.
