Job Description

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Tele Caller who can handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential clients, and support the sales/admissions/business development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English & Hindi and a professional, positive attitude on calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain company services.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and resolve basic questions from customers.
  • Maintain follow-up communication to convert leads into appointments or sales.
  • Update CRM/Google Sheets with call details, follow-ups, and call outcomes.
  • Assist in lead qualification and transfer qualified prospects to the respective team.
  • Maintain a polite, professional tone and ensure high-quality customer interaction.
  • Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share updates with the team.

Requirements:

  • Own laptop is mandatory for daily office work.
  • Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
  • Confident, persuasive, and good at handling customer conversations.
  • Basic computer skills: MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital marketing, EdTech, or service-based telecalling.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Target-oriented and self-driven personality.
