Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and promote their services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively handling inquiries and converting them into sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities using our CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for enhancing sales effectiveness
- Stay updated on offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service roles
