About the Role
We're hiring a Telesales Representative for our fast-growing e-commerce brand. You'll speak with inbound and outbound customers, understand their needs, recommend the right products, and close orders over calls/WhatsAppwhile ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers (new leads + existing customers) to explain products and close sales
- Handle inbound enquiries from website/ads/WhatsApp and convert them into orders
- Share product details, offers, and order updates confidently and politely
- Follow up with interested customers to improve conversions
- Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and outcomes (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM)
- Coordinate with the operations team for order confirmation, address checks, and delivery issues
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and maintain call quality standards
Requirements
- 12 years experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, or e-commerce sales (preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi + English (Marathi is a plus)
- Comfortable with calling, persuasion, and handling objections
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp Web, Excel/Sheets, order panels)
- Positive attitude, discipline, and target-driven mindset
