Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Gurugram. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, pitching products and services, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues. The role involves maintaining accurate records, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to foster lasting relationships with customers. Additionally, the Telesales Representative will participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Support and Sales
- Training in telesales techniques and product knowledge is a plus
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus
