Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Ranchi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing detailed information about the service offered by My Galla, and assisting prospects in their decision-making process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer records, addressing inquiries, and following up to ensure potential leads are converted effectively into enrolled students. The role requires meeting sales targets and regularly engaging with the team to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with diverse clients
• Experience in Customer Support and resolving customer inquiries and concerns efficiently
• Sales and Training expertise to achieve targets and guide customers in making informed decisions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
