Telesales Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Mumbai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inquiries, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The representative will also play a key role in understanding customer needs, providing tailored consultations, and closing sales.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with customers
• Proven abilities in customer service and support to handle inquiries and deliver exceptional experiences
• Sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving targets and driving results
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and the ability to apply learned techniques
• Basic computer proficiency for managing customer records and CRM systems
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a team environment
• Previous telesales or real estate experience is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
