Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Jaipur. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting services that align with their requirements. Key tasks include generating leads, providing excellent customer service, following up on inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and persuasion techniques.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience to build lasting relationships and address client needs.
• Proficiency in English speaking.
• Proficiency in Sales to identify new opportunities and achieve targets.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Previous experience in telesales, event planning, or a related field is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and team player with a proactive attitude.

Job Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

Salary: Rs15,000-25,000 per month + incentives
