Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage potential customers through phone calls and online platforms, introducing products and explaining their cultural relevance.
  2. Understand customer needs, especially those related to religious and cultural preferences.
  3. Use CRM tools likeKommofor managing leads and customer interactions (preferred).
  4. Provide detailed information on products, pricing, customization options, and availability.
  5. Process orders, maintain customer accounts, and follow up on leads to ensure seamless sales.
  6. Stay updated on product details, including cultural and spiritual significance.
  7. Coordinate with design and crafting teams to fulfil customer expectations accurately.
  8. Participate in training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Languages:Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Fluency inMarwari or Gujaratiis highly preferred due to client demographics.
  • Experience:Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or related fields preferred. Exposure to art, cultural, or religious product segments is an added advantage.
  • Cultural Knowledge:Ability to understand and communicate the spiritual and cultural significance of deities, symbols, and traditional artworks.
  • Customer Service:Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills, especially with culturally diverse clients.
  • Professionalism:Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn and grow.
