Telesales Executive - Lead Generation & Client Outreach

About the Role:
Skyline Advertisers is seeking a confident and results-driven full-time Telesales Executive to lead client outreach efforts and effectively promote our advertising solutions within a target-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from databases
- Introduce Skyline Advertisers services for newspaper ad placements (display ads, tenders, legal notices, UFR's, IPO's, premium page releases etc.)
- Present rate cards, advertising packages and release schedules, offering guidance on the best ad solutions for clients
- Identify client needs and generate qualified leads
- Negotiate pricing within company guidelines
- Schedule virtual and in-person meetings with prospects
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and closures
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Follow up with leads to ensure meeting confirmations and conversions
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, media sales or advertising sales
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, persuasive and result-oriented personality
- Basic understanding of newspaper advertising formats and release processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
