Telesales Executive - Lead Generation & Client Outreach

Skyline Advertisers

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Experience: 2 years

About the Role:

Skyline Advertisers is seeking a confident and results-driven full-time Telesales Executive to lead client outreach efforts and effectively promote our advertising solutions within a target-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from databases
  • Introduce Skyline Advertisers services for newspaper ad placements (display ads, tenders, legal notices, UFR's, IPO's, premium page releases etc.)
  • Present rate cards, advertising packages and release schedules, offering guidance on the best ad solutions for clients
  • Identify client needs and generate qualified leads
  • Negotiate pricing within company guidelines
  • Schedule virtual and in-person meetings with prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and closures
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Follow up with leads to ensure meeting confirmations and conversions

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, media sales or advertising sales
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, persuasive and result-oriented personality
  • Basic understanding of newspaper advertising formats and release processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
