Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Having Skilled in banking sector like kotak bank
• Ability to work in call center
• Manage and update the customer database with accurate information.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports to track progress.

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in telesales or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
