We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in Thane, India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in telesales, with a passion for sales and a commitment to customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall team performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
