Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Pune City. The Telesales Executive will make outbound calls to prospective learners, explain course offerings and certification pathways, and respond to inquiries about fees, schedules, and placement support. The role involves qualifying leads from various channels, maintaining and updating lead databases, and following up consistently to convert inquiries into enrollments. The Telesales Executive will provide courteous customer support, address concerns, and guide candidates through the registration and admission process. The position also includes coordinating with trainers and the administration team to ensure accurate information is shared and targets are achieved.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening over the phone.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build positive relationships with prospective learners.
• Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into course enrollments.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience working with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking leads and follow-ups.
• Prior telesales, call center, or education counseling experience is preferred, especially in training or education services.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune City, meet daily/weekly targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) or Graduate degree; fluent proficiency in English and local/regional languages is an advantage..
