Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Pune District. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, introducing them to our medical coding training programs, and addressing inquiries. Daily tasks include managing sales calls, generating and following up on leads, identifying customer needs, and maintaining records of client communications. The role also involves providing an exceptional customer service experience and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure effective interactions with prospective and current clients
• Proficiency in Lead Generation, Sales, and Customer Support to drive enrollment and meet targets
• Ability to work diligently in an on-site environment with team collaboration skills
• Prior experience in a sales or similar customer-facing role is advantageous
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic setting
• Fluency in English and additional regional languages will be a plus.
