Telesales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales calls, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing outstanding customer support. Additionally, the role involves delivering information about tailored solutions to prospective clients and managing sales pipelines to meet organizational goals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Experience with Lead Generation and Sales
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications is a plus
