Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune City for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting lead generation and qualification activities, and closing sales/driving them to a demo over the phone. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, pitching relevant solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential and existing clients.
  • Proficiency in lead generation and sales techniques, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Relevant experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
