Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Surat, for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will engage with potential and existing clients over the phone, generate new leads, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer support. The role includes promoting products, following up on leads, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaboration with the sales and customer service teams will be essential to ensure excellent client satisfaction and to meet business goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills for engaging with customers and addressing inquiries effectively
  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills to provide an excellent experience and build positive relationships
  • Proven ability in Sales and Lead Generation to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple interactions and follow-ups
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications is a plus
  • Previous experience in a telesales or customer-facing role is desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
