Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Surat. In this role, the Telesales Executive will proactively connect with prospective and existing customers to generate leads and drive sales. The individual will provide exceptional customer service and support, effectively address inquiries, and maintain customer relationships through regular communication. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, understanding customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with the company's offerings.

- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries and build relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to develop opportunities and achieve results
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Capability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and a customer-first approach
- Prior experience or knowledge in financial services, particularly in a similar role, is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
