Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat as a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls, generating leads, and converting potential clients into loyal customers. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits, providing excellent customer service, handling queries, and maintaining records of customer interactions. Collaboration with the sales team and regular market feedback reporting will also be an essential part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills
  • Proficiency in telesales techniques, customer relationship management, and lead generation
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and CRM tools
  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining professionalism
  • Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Fluent in relevant languages, local language skills are an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Strong self-motivation, time management skills, and a goal-driven mindset
