Role Overview

You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to Overlays products, and driving sales through meaningful conversations. Your sales will be tracked using your unique code, ensuring transparent and rewarding incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Overlays unconventional fashion pieces.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and brand story to engage customers.
• Share your unique sales code with customers to track purchases and earn incentives.
• Maintain daily call logs and CRM records accurately.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for call volume, conversions, and revenue.
• Provide feedback to the team about customer preferences and trends.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 year in telesales/telemarketing with proven target achievement.
• Skills:

a. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

b. Ability to connect with customers and convey the Overlays brand experience.

c. Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

d. Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

• Performance History: Preferred track record of 80+ calls/day with a 1520% conversion rate.
