Job Opening: B2B Tele Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 9:15 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentive

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and motivated B2B Tele Sales Executives to join our Gurgaon office.

The role involves generating new business leads, converting prospects into clients, and

consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and market research.

• Present, promote, and explain our products/services to potential clients.

• Negotiate effectively and close dealsto meet or exceed targets.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Graduates Preferred

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Tele Sales

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented with a positive and go-getter attitude

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling

• Basic Calculation Skills
