Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Mumbai. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, generating leads, providing customer support, and driving sales. Daily tasks include making outbound calls to prospective clients, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and following up on leads to close sales.

Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Strong Customer Support abilities
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
