About the Role:We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, converting inquiries into walk-ins, and ensuring monthly admission targets are met. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for helping students start their aviation and hospitality career.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote courses and programs.
- Identify, qualify, and generate leads through calling, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
- Ensure walk-ins per day through continuous follow-up and scheduling.
- Counsel students over phone regarding courses, fees, career outcomes, and admission procedures.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-up status, and daily productivity reports.
- Work closely with the admissions team to achieve monthly admission targets.
- Handle inquiries received via social media, website, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of all academy courses.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with students.
- Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, preferably in education/counselling.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and disciplined.
- Ability to handle pressure and objections professionally.
