Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Conversions:
- Work with the Centre Manager and Marketing team to generate enquiries, walk-ins, and premium membership conversions
- Handle telephonic and walk-in enquiries effectively and follow the defined sales process
- Make outbound calls to Shaadi.com members and other leads to offer matchmaking solutions
- Meet and exceed sales and conversion targets consistently
Customer Interaction & Service:
- Interface with walk-in customers to explain Shaadi.com's features and membership benefits
- Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their preferences and requirements
- Handle objections and irate customers with empathy and professionalism
- Ensure a smooth handover of converted members to the service team
Data Management & Reporting:
- Record enquiry details in the specified format and update the system regularly
- Maintain documentation for all member interactions, conversions, and follow-ups
- Track and report daily sales, follow-up calls, and account status
- Ensure collection and safe storage of statutory ID and qualification proofs from premium members
Process Adherence:
- Follow standard operating procedures and participate in periodic performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and conversion data
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: HSC (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferably in Insurance, Telecom, or Financial sectors)
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu with a neutral accent
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented attitude with empathy and patience
- Familiarity with computers and internet usage
- Presentable with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle elderly clients with maturity and cultural sensitivity
