Tele Sales Executive (Education Sector)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, converting inquiries into walk-ins, and ensuring monthly admission targets are met. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for helping students start their aviation and hospitality career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote courses and programs.
  • Identify, qualify, and generate leads through calling, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure walk-ins per day through continuous follow-up and scheduling.
  • Counsel students over phone regarding courses, fees, career outcomes, and admission procedures.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-up status, and daily productivity reports.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to achieve monthly admission targets.
  • Handle inquiries received via social media, website, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of all academy courses.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with students.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, preferably in education/counselling.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and disciplined.
  • Ability to handle pressure and objections professionally.
