Role Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and confident individuals for our Client Engagement & Demat Onboarding team. The role mainly focuses on assisting clients in Demat account opening and activation, while also guiding them toward suitable financial learning programs and investment awareness.

Based on skills and performance, candidates may be allocated to:

• Business Development (Course Sales / Counseling)
• Demat Account Executive (Primary focus)
• Client Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Demat Account Opening & Client Onboarding (Primary Focus)

• Call potential clients and explain the Demat account opening process
• Assist clients with KYC and documentation
• Ensure smooth account activation with DP/Broker coordination
• Follow up until account is successfully opened
• Maintain accurate CRM updates

2. Client Engagement & Communication

• Handle inbound/outbound client queries professionally
• Maintain regular follow-ups and reduce drop-offs
• Provide a smooth and positive onboarding experience
• Build trust and long-term client relationships

3. Financial Guidance & Education Support

• Explain basic benefits of long-term investing
• Guide clients on starting their investment journey
• Promote Finnovationz financial education programs when required

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi required, Marathi/English preferred)
• Confident in calling and client interaction
• Basic understanding of finance or willingness to learn quickly
• Target-oriented and positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Demat account opening / KYC / broking process
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support
• CRM tools and Excel knowledge
