Location: Kathwada GIDC, Ahmedabad
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries received through IndiaMART, phone calls, emails, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and provide product information.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and quotations for lead conversion.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, pricing, and delivery.
- Maintain inquiry records and update customer data.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order processing.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Pre-Sales, or Inside Sales.
- Hands-on experience with IndiaMART inquiry handling.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation and customer coordination.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, etc.).
