Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executive to join us remotely from Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our services/products over the phone, managing lead documentation, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently in a remote setting, and a customer-centric attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and explain company products/services to prospective clients via outbound and inbound calls from a remote workspace.
• Maintain accurate documentation of calls, customer feedback, and lead status.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams remotely to ensure timely service delivery.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or telecalling (experience in healthcare or pharma is preferred, but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam (fluency in both regional languages is highly ideal).
• Basic knowledge of documentation and computer use (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
• Confident, persuasive telephone demeanor with a reliable home office setup (stable internet connection and a quiet workspace).
