Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Business Development Executive Sales located in Gurugram. The Manager Business Development Executive Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, client meetings, contract negotiations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development skills including lead generation, market research, and strategic planning
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to achieve common goals
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
