We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to customers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking manner.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
