Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Delhi, India. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, supporting existing clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Strong Customer Support abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
