Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate telemarketing activities to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to drive business growth.
Manage and train a team of telemarketers to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field, with a strong track record of success.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
Experience working with teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies is an asset.
