The QA Team is looking for an energetic, motivated, and dedicated QA Lead - Tester with exceptional communication and writing skills to work alongside our QA Team on Information Technology (IT) related projects. Job Description
- Mandatory US Experience in either: Implementation & rollouts & support for US based: Agency Management Systems or Insurance Systems.
- Preferred: Experience in Applied products: Epic P&C, Docs & Vertafore: Benefit Point with Vertafore products:
- Ancillary tools.
- Self-Confidence & ability to deliver.
- Manage 3 work streams / projects with manual & automation & performance members.
- Ability to work / coordinate Onshore /Offshore Model.
- Good communications skill - verbal & written. (Fluent in English.)
- Ability to review the scope of work & build test plans, test suites in Azure dev ops.
- Worked in a hosted / VDI environment.
- Daily Status reporting on progress, issues & concerns & to have a mitigation approach.
- Build & Review of Smoke / Functional / End to End with integrations / Regression test cases.
- Plan / Execute Test suites across releases to ensure functionality meets the requirements & data integrity &
- quality & test artifacts.
- Good Experience on handling Defect Management process. (Issue, bugs - creation, updates, testing, closures.)
Required Qualifications
- Education: A bachelors degree in Computer Science or in a related technical or business area is preferred.
- Knowledge & Certifications in Agile & Scrum.
- Experience in Automation & Performance is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to actively listen, communicate in ways that foster trust and show flexibility.
