Job description:

We are hiring a motivated and performance-focused Telecalling Sales Executive who excels in customer communication, lead follow-ups, and turning potential inquiries into confirmed sales through strong convincing and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain products/services clearly and professionally

Follow up with interested leads

Handle customer queries and objections

Maintain daily call and lead records

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Build good customer relationships

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

Confident speaking and convincing ability

Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Basic computer knowledge

Qualification:

12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

Min 1-2 Years experience of Telecalling
