Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and execution of projects related to process improvement, operational efficiency, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of project initiatives.
- Conduct research and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for project strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to support project delivery.
- Contribute to process improvements, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as a key point of contact for specific project-related activities, ensuring timely communication and resolution of queries.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: MBA from Tier 1 &2 colleges.
- Experience: Prior internship or exposure to project management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
