Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling Executive based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Telecalling Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to build relationships with potential clients, provide information about the company's services, and schedule meetings or follow-ups. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, maintaining data of calls and interactions, and handling feedback to improve service quality. The ideal candidate will contribute to achieving sales targets and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers over the phone.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Problem-solving and persuasive skills to address inquiries and convert leads.
• Time management and organizational skills for effective call handling and follow-ups.
• Previous experience in customer service or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in an on-site team environment.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
• Proficiency in multiple languages or local dialects is a plus.
