Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative at Zepcruit, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our solution, and closing deals. Your focus will be on high-velocity outbound sales, consultative conversations, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn, emails, and events
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to HR decision-makers
  • Understand client hiring challenges and position Zepcruit as the ideal solution
  • Close deals and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for feedback and campaign alignment
  • Attend industry events, virtual webinars, and recruitment expos when needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or HRTech
  • Ability to understand client needs and map solutions
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and resourceful
  • Comfort with CRM tools, outbound sales platforms, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
