Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Zepcruit, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our solution, and closing deals. Your focus will be on high-velocity outbound sales, consultative conversations, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn, emails, and events
- Conduct product demos and presentations to HR decision-makers
- Understand client hiring challenges and position Zepcruit as the ideal solution
- Close deals and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for feedback and campaign alignment
- Attend industry events, virtual webinars, and recruitment expos when needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or HRTech
- Ability to understand client needs and map solutions
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and resourceful
- Comfort with CRM tools, outbound sales platforms, and LinkedIn outreach
- Bachelor's degree preferred
