We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller) to join our team in Noida. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, generating qualified leads, and promoting our IT services through effective communication and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services.
- Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Explain company services and offerings clearly and confidently to potential customers.
- Maintain a database of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
- Handle inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper lead handover and follow-up.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive / Lead Generation Executive, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written).
- Confident in handling cold calls and outbound calling processes.
- Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office or CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
