This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, based in Faridabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to provide information about our products and services. Daily tasks will include making outbound calls, answering customer inquiries, building and maintaining customer relationships, and maintaining accurate records of call details. The role also involves following up with leads, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the success of our customer outreach efforts through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and answer their inquiries
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to achieve sales goals
• Good time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in using CRM software and managing call logs
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, adapt quickly to new tools, and meet performance metrics
• Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred
• Fluency in Hindi and English, both written and spoken
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
